The customer service support number is no longer in service. I've tried several times to reach someone through emails, but that has failed.
What is going on with this company?
I was going to spend a sizable amount of money with them, but now I feel slighted. Maybe I will go with a different organization.

Magix Crashes and try to charge for loops you've already paid for
I cannot log into my account to download my purchases form my 2021 magix music maker product I have my Serial # also
Every time I try to create beats with my purchases loops from producerplanet.com
Magix 2024 update trying to charge me for loops I already paid for I'm so tired of this crap I'm going to save money and get something better because I'm getting tired of the crashes and changing I know there's got to be a better studio out there somewhere I hope Oh an now I can't login

A problem with my sound forge
When I save a file, it is automatically saved as a read-only file. I cannot find any documentation on how to change this, as once designated as read-only, the file cannot be further manipulated.
The contact number provided on your website is no longer in service. I have filled out a case number and am awaiting an email from Magix to explain how to correct this problem.

Redeem code wont work
I just got the program and email gives me a redeem code for unlimited loops for 12 months for free but everytime i try it says pay error and i kept doing it but it just doesn't work.

Technical problems
Wont play back demo or anything. Bar only moved 1 second then stops.
I have set to factory defaults and it played before I reinstalled it. Even demo does same thing, moves about 1 second then stops.

Problems
So I bought something through the store on my software and during the downloading the bundle just froze up and now Im out $50 and I still didnt get what I paid for so can someone resume the purchased bundle I paid for with everything included and not pick and choose the package contained 9,337 loops and 14.25GB so I would like to have that

Operating platform
I have used Magix audio cleaning lab and an other for a few years now.
However due to other activities I have acquired an I MAC Which of course is Apple.
I now tend to use the I Mac more than windows and very early switch the PC on.
So my question is: why oh Why do you not have you programs able to run on a MAC system.
I like them but can't use on a MAC.
Off course due to this I'm not purchasing upgrades, Which is lost revenue to your company.

Reformated system need help to rerehister
After reformatting my system with a fresh Windows 10 install, I could not activate the software. Did not understand the cancelation of the last install ( there were two when I was only using one) in order to proceed with the activation of the fresh installation of Magix movie studio.
I tried to cancel both installs but was only allowed one. Because right now it shows I am using it on two systems when in fact I only have it on one.
SO IN THE END EVERYTHING IS WORKING FINE. Thankyou!
