I am experiencing a serious loss of work due my repeated attempts to remain productive using Acid Music Studio software. I am repeatedly experiencing loss of activation messages with both of my licensed installations.
Your license notice states that: "Unauthorized reproduction or distribution or this program, or any portion of it, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the law."
These are potentially harsh words, cautioning customers against violating the expectation of Magix in terms of profitability.
The same expectation of profitability applies to honest users of the program. It is common for companies to attempt to
protect themselves by inserting waivers in their terms of use, yet the inclusion of these protections do not preclude reasonable expectations, as is common in all human institutions. The word that is missing in the Help-About notice is 'use'. Unauthorized reproduction does not necessarily have to end in unauthorized use, so it is usage that is the issue.
I bought the software to use it for its intended purpose as a productivity tool, but I am losing work as a result of using it for that purpose.
I have a permanent license, which means I should be able to use the program reliably for as long as I own the product. This has not been the case. The software is intended to perform reliably, unless I am mistaken. Please correct me, if I'm wrong.
There doesn't seem to be any ongoing development or maintenance for the product, because the problem I
encountered doesn't have a fix. Please find a solution to the licensing problem.
Also, on the last run of the program, it crashed. This is also a loss of work issue. is there someone I can speak with who can resolve the crash issue?
The program doesn't seem to be aware that it is crashed, so I would assume there are no crash reports being generated by it. I do have crash analysis software installed, so I will be able to provide enough details to lead to a solution.
Lastly, I take my personal productivity very seriously - as seriously as your notice is about program reproduction.

Before I bought, on their website live chat I was told there is a REFUND POLICY.
THEIR software wasn't working...numerous of different issues, wasn't working. I have tried it all, i watched about 20 videos, joined online community and treid it all.
I sent numerous of emails....I got 0 HELP from them.
I decided to ask for a REFUND and find an alternative.
on 28th July I approached MAGIX to get a REFUND.
Although they clearly claim there is 2 weeks no question asked REFUND POLICY, Sergej Janle

Hello, you clearly indicate- there is a REFUND POLICY, but once somebody asks for it, you suddenly tell there is no RETURN?????
